Cedric Simmons signed a contract to play in Turkey with Royal Hali Gaziantep. In the last season he played with Enel Basket Brindisi in Serie A BEKO (Italy) since 8 November 2014 and he ended last season with a serious knee injury (the 10 December 2014 against Openjobmetis Varese).  In 4 games, in Serie A, he recorded 8.8 ppg, 6.1 rpg, and 1.5 bpg whereas in 2 EuroChallenge games he recorded 11.0 ppg, 10.0 rpg and 2.5 bpg. He spent pre-season at Olympiacos (A1) in Greek league .
